This policy explains what Eurema Labs collects when you use this site and the live agent demo, why we collect it, who processes it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Eurema Labs (Eurema Labs Pvt Ltd) operates this website at https://euremalabs.com. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. If you have questions, reach us at hello@euremalabs.com .

What we collect

We keep collection minimal. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used. This captures pageviews, basic device and browser information, approximate location (derived from your IP address, which PostHog can be configured to discard or anonymize), and product events such as demo runs and book-a-call clicks. PostHog stores a pseudonymous identifier in cookies and localStorage so repeat visits can be linked into a session. We do not use this to identify you personally.

The live demo

If you run the live agent demo, the task text you submit is sent to our demo endpoint so the agent can process it and return a result. We may retain that input briefly to operate, debug, and improve the demo.

Do not submit confidential, personal, or otherwise sensitive information in the demo. Treat anything you type there as non-confidential.

Contact

If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message — and use it only to respond and follow up.

Cookies & local storage

We use a small number of first-party cookies and localStorage entries, set by our analytics provider, to remember a pseudonymous visitor identifier and group activity into sessions. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can clear cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block cookies entirely. Blocking them will not break the site.

Third parties we use

We rely on a few service providers to run the site. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

PostHog
Product analytics
Pageviews, events (e.g. demo runs, book-a-call clicks), and a pseudonymous device identifier stored in cookies / localStorage.
Cloudflare
Hosting & delivery
Serves the site and may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and operations.
Cal.com
Call booking
When you book a call, the details you enter on the booking page are processed by Cal.com to schedule the meeting.

Each provider maintains its own privacy policy governing how it handles the data it processes on our behalf.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as it serves a purpose. Analytics events are retained according to our analytics provider’s configured retention period. Demo inputs are kept briefly for operation and debugging, then discarded. Email and booking correspondence is kept for as long as needed to maintain the conversation and meet any legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@euremalabs.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
